Luca Colaianni founded Qantara and leads it as Chief Executive Officer. A builder by instinct, creator, inventor, serial founder, he has taken ideas from first sketch to working businesses across several industries, and he brings that operator's judgement to every engagement. At Qantara he sets the firm's direction, decides what the firm takes on, and is the named executive accountable for the outcome of every project.

Aravind Arumugam is Chief Technology Officer. Twenty years in software have taken him through every phase of the industry, from his first years as a developer, through leading teams and architecting large systems, to the CTO's chair, and he carries that whole arc into each build.
