Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what you send us or what you consent to.

• Enquiries: the name, company, email, phone, service interest and message you submit through the contact form, together with the page the enquiry came from.
• Career applications: the name, email, portfolio or profile link, area of interest and message you submit through the careers form.
• Analytics: aggregate usage measurement, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. Nothing is measured before that choice.

We do not buy personal data, and we do not build profiles for advertising.

Lawful bases

• Consent, for analytics cookies and for storing the details you choose to send us.
• Legitimate interest, in responding to an enquiry or application you have sent and in maintaining a record of that correspondence.

You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place lawfully.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and applications are kept while they remain relevant to a business relationship or a live conversation, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers, described here by function rather than by name so this policy stays accurate as providers change:

• Cloud hosting for the website itself.
• A managed database provider that stores enquiries and site content.
• An email delivery provider that sends the notification when an enquiry arrives.
• An analytics provider, used only where analytics consent has been given.

Each provider processes data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to receive it in a portable form, to object to processing, and to ask us to restrict processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@qantara.tech. We reply within one month.

International transfers

We are headquartered in Dubai, and our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
