Qantara is a European-owned consultancy and software development company based in Dubai. Founded by Luca Colaianni, who has spent ten years developing his own platforms, it brings product planning, technical architecture and software delivery together for startup founders.

Luca helps founders turn an idea into clear product decisions, a practical team and delivery plan, and a route to launch. His experience comes from developing his own platforms over ten years. Qantara brings that product perspective into consultancy and optional software development.
The work starts with the business and its first users: what needs to be built, what can wait, how the technology should fit together and who will deliver and operate it. The agreed plan can be taken to another development team or carried into a separate build with Qantara.
