Context

Direct-selling businesses live or die on their compensation engine. Every plan variant, Binary, Unilevel, Matrix, Board, Monoline, Stairstep, Generation, Hybrid, Party Plan, changes how commissions accrue, and every operator wants its own rules, currencies, languages, and storefront. The platform had to be product-grade and deployable for each business, not a one-size SaaS.

Constraints

Genealogy trees grow into the millions and become badly unbalanced; commission runs must be exact and auditable; payouts touch real money through e-wallets and gateways; and each deployment must be branded, localised, and extended without forking the core.

What we built

An enterprise direct-selling platform with commission automation, genealogy management supporting 10 million+ users, an integrated e-wallet and payout processing, order and e-commerce handling, AI-powered dashboards, iOS and Android apps, white-label customisation, and multi-language, multi-currency operation: 200+ configurable features and 100+ integrations spanning Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart, BigCommerce, PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, and SendGrid.

Architecture

Services in Python, Node.js, and Laravel/PHP behind Nginx, React front ends, Redis for caching and queues; a compensation engine isolated from the presentation layer so plans are configured rather than coded; integration adapters for commerce, payments, CRM, and email platforms; native mobile clients.

Delivery

Each deployment follows the six steps in compressed form: discovery on the plan and markets, a written scope for extensions, design of the branded experience, build on the platform core, verification against real payout scenarios, and a run phase with hosting and support. Standard configurations can go live within 48 hours.

Outcomes

The platform has become a proven, repeatable foundation, deployed more than 3,000 times, operating in over 100 countries, and supporting more than 10 million users. In one migration, ten million users were moved into a heavily unbalanced binary genealogy tree in fifteen days.

Carried forward

A configurable core beats a forked codebase. Every product we run is built so that a client's rules are configuration and extension, never a private branch nobody can maintain.
