Launching a taxi or ride service usually means months of core engineering before the first booking: dispatch logic, GPS tracking, driver payouts, passenger apps. Operators wanted to compete on service and coverage, not on rebuilding the same platform.

Real-time tracking had to be reliable across a whole fleet; three interfaces, operations, driver, and passenger, had to stay in sync; loyalty mechanics had to be built in; and every operator needed its own branding, fare rules, and zones on a shared, maintainable core.
